In this role, I was accountable for the day-to-day business functions, including IT, payroll, human resources, corporate governance, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, insurance, vendor contracts, RFPs, and licensing. I was also responsible for directing the organization’s core infrastructure team to ensure efficiency, reduce costs and increase profits. During my tenure as Director of Corporate Operations, I drove operational excellence, ensured corporate compliance, and reinforced high-quality service standards.

In this role, I was accountable for consistently driving operational excellence by leading overall administrative tasks, business functions, financial transactions, and budgeting. I actively supervised and encouraged support staff, conducted performance reviews, and initiated disciplinary actions to maintain responsiveness and high-quality service standards. In order to retain good talent and increase employee engagement, I managed staff recruiting efforts, including onboarding, assistance, and general assimilation of new individuals into the firm. I successfully established safe and secure working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations by following firm's COVID protocols and procedures. Furthermore, I directed IT operations and oversaw vendor negotiations of lease and office improvements in collaboration with IT professionals.

During my tenure as Accounting Manager, I streamlined billing, collections, banking, leasing, financial/tax reporting, budgeting, and forecasting by implementing technology, internal controls, and best practices. Moreover, I advanced accounting and finance functions and developed applicable personnel to achieve shared vision and goals.
