Senior Asset Manager
Current- Work alongside the director of asset management and company leadership team to implement asset business plans increasing portfolio revenues by 7-8% year over year- Oversee the real estate portfolio totaling over $850M in value covering a variety of asset classes including, hospitality, office, retail and multifamily. Including the Willard Compex and Intercontinental Wharf DC- Maintain and project 5 to 10 year asset cash flows using market and internal data establishing healthy cash reserves and investor cash disbursements- Coordinate with property management teams to review and grow financial performance, operations, marketing, and renovations. Introduced plan for an office hospitality associate who acts as a concierge for tenants which will be implemented at office assets in 2025- Work directly with construction management on asset projects to track and maintain project status. This includes giving design ideas incorporated in Willard Office spec suites.- Participate in lease negotiations and run leasing analysis ensuring deals are at or above forecasted/market value- Prepare quarterly and monthly reports for company leadership and investors- Coordinate with asset lenders (such as PNC and Prudential) on financial reporting and funding requests for properties- Assist in preparation of all annual asset budgets, including expense review and creating future year office leasing assumptions- Control and update live Argus models for our three office assets
