I solve technical problems and lead teams towards success from creating award-winning military targeting devices to leading healthcare workers deliver aid. During college I worked on several successful projects. One was a military targeting device that integrated a digital compass, inclinometer, GPS, and a laser range finder onto a custom built printed circuit board to provide accurate coordinates two kilometers within 3 meters accuracy. Another device I designed and built assisted in medical intubation procedures by distinguishing tracheal and esophageal tissues. The final project was a proof of concept project using computer software to simulate the confinement of x-rays within optical fibers and similar materials for potential use in radiation oncology. While in the Army I had the chance to lead several amazing teams. In 2018 I deployed with my unit of 700 soldiers as the planner for all medical operations. I had 34 medics on my team which delivered healthcare resources to all soldiers. Afterwards, I worked as an assistant manager for a medical unit of 74 healthcare workers responsible for providing care to over 4,500 soldiers. My roles included logistics support, operations planning, and personnel management. Currently I work as the senior medical logistics manager for eight medical units with an annual budget of $12 million.
