Learning AbilityIn my second year of master's studies, I found that there was a large amount of data to be processed after each experiment in order to begin electrical analysis. I noticed that the data processing steps were highly repetitive and followed a fixed format. Therefore, I decided to design a program to save time, coinciding with the rise of AI tools. I used ChatGPT to assist in developing the program, learning how to make the most of AI tools in the process. Ultimately, I was able to reduce the data processing time from 60 minutes to less than 10 minutes, saving at least 50% of the time. Moreover, the more data I had, the more efficient the process became. Whenever new technologies emerge, I actively seek to understand whether they can be helpful to me and learn how to use them to improve work efficiency.Communication Skills:During my first year of master's studies, I served as an electron microscopy operator at the Instrumentation Center. In this role, I needed to communicate with students from different fields to understand their needs and provide suggestions based on experience. Additionally, in my master's thesis experiments, I collaborate with others, such as discussing how to link each process and assign tasks effectively with classmates to complete the device fabrication. Therefore, I believe that I can clearly express ideas and accurately interpret others' information in terms of communication, thereby understanding others' thoughts, feelings, and attitudes.Execution Skills:During experiments, sometimes there were issues in the process, such as incomplete removal of photoresist. For every 10 experiments, there might be 1-2 instances of incomplete photoresist removal. Although this issue only slightly reduced the yield of devices and did not significantly affect the final measurements, my personality seeks perfection. I eventually analyzed the cause to be improper storage of the public photoresist. In addition, deciding to develop a data processing program was also to solve longstanding problems in the lab, allowing me to spend more time on data analysis. Therefore, I always pay attention to details and proactively solve problems at work.
