Area Service Manager
Current- Manage team of service technicians, team leads and supervisors with a large geographicfootprint. Responsible for P&L. Customer Advocate for large well know companies as well as localbusiness.
- Remote Management of Field Service Technicians in a large geographic area and Onsite Client Service Technicians at large National Account sites.
- Partner with the Client to proactively and continuously improve operations
- Recruit, Hire, develop, train and coach Client Service Technicians, Team Leads and Supervisors.
- Responsible for revenue generation, contract negotiation, P&L responsibility with financial goal attainment and cost containment.
- Adept with ServiceMax and Office 365
