Constantly develop the team's technical and language skills to meet the challenges of the ever increasingly changing financial market. A significant contributor to the creation and development of the support model for AUNPP, a new real time payments platform in Australia managed by SWIFT, throughout the crucial first 12 months of the project. This will form the core, providing technical support to our customer base through the year long implementation and beyond. The foundations are in place to ensure that our support response is well placed to meet the strict SLA's that our customer's commercial environment demands.. Regional Duty Manager working closely with Incident Managers of some of the worlds largest financial institutions during crisis situations as they unfold and assist in the resolution by making the necessary SWIFT resources available to meet the challenges dictated by the situation. Subsequently providing input to the incident review process, providing invaluable insights into the unfolding of the incident resulting in recommendations gleaned from lessons learned. Service Manager for a number of large banks and one very large Corporation. Liaise closely with the various teams of the customer ensuring that we help them achieve their aims for their business operation. Two of these customers require all communication to be handled in Mandarin.
