Senior Account Executive
CurrentDevelopment of strategic solutions and subsequent contractual negotiations of terms and pricing to implement Spectrum Community Solutions’ to multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, ultimately maximizing product/service penetration and revenue through bulk and non-bulk / Right of Entry (ROE) service programs.o Develop and present strategic sales presentations to owners and construction developers of MDU's for the purpose of securing long term (Bulk & Managed Wi-Fi and ROE) agreements.o Responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue sales quota across all products lines to new and/or existing MDU communities.o Interface regularly with high level clientele, including but not limited to: C-Suite executives, property owners, coop/condo board members, lawyers, building managers, developers, etc.o Leveraged Salesforce to draft contractual agreements and to provide an accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales targets.o Delegated and coordinated efforts and responsibilities with other internal departments to complete community installation and/or construction projects.
