Included Load Balanced Web environments using Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and F5 load balancers with Microsoft SQL, Oracle and IBM AS/400 back-end databases. Won Company Information Technology Subscriber Operations (ITSO) award for these efforts.• Served as Technical Lead on numerous systems implementations. Worked closely with business sponsors, project managers, developers and database administrators in the implementation of company applications.• Supported company’s VMWare ESXi 4.1 and 5.5 environments consisting of 60+ ESX hosts and 900+ virtual Windows and UNIX machines, managed by 7 vCenter servers.• Built and upgraded ESX clusters, performed physical to virtual (P2V) migrations, built and deployed virtual servers, managed fiber channel SAN attached data stores, patched ESX servers.• Implemented and managed Citrix and Ericom Webconnect environments. Tested and verified recovery procedures at SunGard facilities in Philadelphia PA• Implemented and supported Exchange, SQL and File Servers in a Microsoft Cluster environment using EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) attached storage. Managed EMC storage array.• Designed new datacenter layout and moved 100+ servers. Move completed with zero unscheduled downtime.

 Responsible for the wholesale upgrade of outdated of network infrastructure from disjoined Novell servers and coaxial connectivity to a Windows server and Ethernet environment.  Implemented and managed the company’s first mail system using Microsoft Exchange. Designed training courses for company’s applications and taught classes to traveling sales personnel at sales meetings

 Supported US Army Corporate Information Center at Redstone Arsenal. Responsible for hardware and software rollouts in a large campus environment.  Supported Windows, UNIX, Macintosh and Novell platforms.

 Performed data modeling for ground, space and interceptor based radar, optical and laser sensors in support of US Army missile defense research and development efforts. Presented analysis to US Government.  Researched and analyzed pattern using Bayesian classifiers and neural network discrimination algorithms. Applied research to improve sensor pattern recognition performance.

 Worked directly with US Government and prime contractors in support of US Army Missile Command, Stinger Missile Project Office  Analyzed and verified electronic systems design and performance for adequacy and reliability.
