Vá de Bike (“Go by Bike”) is a project I created to promote sustainable mobility and combat climate change by encouraging the use of bicycles.I managed all aspects of the project, from developing and migrating the website to the cloud to creating content, organizing events, and managing social media.I led remote teams of journalists and operational teams at events, building an engaged community around the cause of sustainable mobility. I took ownership of a critical system for CDN, which evaluated the media reputation of client companies by calculating an indicator called IQEM (Quality and Media Exposure Index). Developed by a third-party company, the system had bugs, performance issues, and did not meet new digital demands.I maintained and enhanced the legacy system, fixing critical bugs and optimizing the database and algorithms to increase performance and efficiency. I rejoined iG in 2005 to lead the development of a new content management system (CMS) to unify publishing across all of the portal's websites. I made strategic decisions regarding new services and features for the platform and was responsible for integrating it with e-commerce platforms such as Americanas and Submarino, as well as implementing and providing technical support for corporate clients.

This team developed tools for websites such as the Tilt Total gaming portal, homepages for Globo.com channels, and other promotional and seasonal websites.A key achievement was the development of the Paparazzo website, delivered ahead of the three-month deadline.
