Current- Renegotiated commercial and Medicare Advantage payer contracts for 20+ wholly owned and joint ventured ambulatory surgery centers in the Washington, Oregon, and California markets. These negotiations yielded an additional $4.6 million in annualized net revenue.- Identified and addressed opportunities for improved revenue capture through chargemaster redesign, revenue cycle optimization, and self-pay policy redesign for Providence's portfolio of surgery centers, imaging centers, and urgent care clinics - resulting in an additional $2.3 million in annualized net revenue.- Led the strategic planning efforts around the migration of hospital-based services to an ambulatory setting. Developed financial models to forecast impact to net revenues, EBIDA, and cost.- Managed the development of a High-Performance Network (HPN), a multi-state physician practice organization designed to deliver value-based care. Coordinated the efforts of our Contracting, Finance, and Information Systems teams to negotiate risk-based shared savings payment models on top of fee-for-service contracts.
