Over 18 years of experience within the Aviation industry and still going. I've spent my career learning to make and repair things that fly, and stay flying safely.Currently I am the head of Customer accounts, Supply Chain/and Procurement in a family-owned systems OEM. Previously worked at Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing, SITEC Aerospace GmbH, Melchers Aviation Technical Services and GE Aviation.I've gone through multi-disciplinary roles and managed diverse teams within the industry that not only gives me 360° vision, but allows me to go into a deep dive whilst maintaining the important focuses from the helicopter view simultaneously. This foundation was rooted through being a design/manufacturing engineer, then developed and refined whilst in roles of customer service and account management, BD, sales, marketing, procurement and General Management. Seeing it all before doesn't make me automatically better than someone else, far from it....but it does allow me to know what is trouble and to make sure I refrain from going into it....
