Veteran lead Combat Veteran Support Group. We discuss ways to cope with PTSD, Anxiety, TBI, MST, and other difficulties that we as combat veterans face on a daily basis. We try to help eachother as we are trying to readjust back into civilian life.

I work with individuals who want to better their lives, through fitness. I help people lose weight, tone and shape their bodies, help to fix muscular imbalances in their bodies.
