Began the position in the dungeon, with the rest of the back-end development team, working primarily with PHP, cakePHP, an in-house built framework core and a little bit of WordPress. After about 6 months of assisting the front end focusing team on various CSS and JavaScript solutions I moved up into the brightly lit design studio to become the lead front-end developer, until they closed the company. What a loss, it was a great team!

Joined the company and within the first 3 months of the role, the lead, and only other developer left the team, leaving me as the only developer. I managed the companies portfolio of WordPress sites as well as learning to code in ColdFusion and SQL to build an interactive "Name your Van" campaign for our Major client Hyundai. Unfortunately the company lost it's biggest client to a competitor tender and in turn the company closed, so I was retrenched.
