I am an IT Management Consultant with 37 years of experience in institutional strategic management, infrastructure development, project management, education management, Software Development in organizations and financial and HR management. Last nineteen years, I have been involved in large scale IT Consultancy Projects in Sri Lanka & abroad. I have worked in several donor agency projects and been involved in USAID, IMF, ADB and JAIC projects and has immense experience in the ICT management. I have managed projects in Europe, Middle East and Asia and very knowledgeable in all areas of ICT.
