Developing in Magic/Unipaas for the product Europort: a backoffice administration system for the equity market. Specific functions: Ordering, Settlement, Reconciliatie and SWIFT-interfacing. Experience with HTML and XML templates for (web) interfacing.

Analysed and documented the business processes related to their product the Youth Monitor Rotterdam for the departement Monitoring and Registration. Applied the BPMN notation during the assignment. The Youth Monitor is scientific research initiative to identify healthissues of Rotterdams Youth (ages 4-19). this initiative falls under epidemiology.

Performed two studies on how small IT-businesses viewed the subjects performance management and it-offshoring.
