Kelly Waggoner is a Creative Director at W design, a branding and advertising agency that he founded and has led for 30 years. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and a passion for creating impactful and engaging visual communication solutions. He has worked with some of the largest and most notable brands in the world, including Abbott, Bayer, UnitedHealth Group, Boehringer Ingelheim, Optum Health and the American Diabetes Association.Kelly is also a Founder at Red Tractor Holdings, Inc., a vertically integrated craft cannabis company that he launched in 2016. He strongly believes in the power of medical cannabis to improve the lives of Missouri patients and has been a vocal advocate for the legalization of cannabis in the state. He has volunteered his time, talents and money to the cause and has served as a board member and Vice President and Communications Director of the Missouri Cannabis Industry Association (MCIA) for four years. He is an active member of MoCannTrade, a trade association that represents the interests of the Missouri medical cannabis industry. Kelly's vision for Red Tractor Holdings is to honor his grandfather's legacy as a lifelong farmer and to provide high-quality, natural and sustainable cannabis products to the market.
