Run Trade Compliance Department at the intersection of Legal, Logistics, Sourcing, Product, Finance and International teams. Guide the business to compliance with U.S. import laws, minimize delivery delays and optimize amount of duty paid to U.S. Customs. Utilize emerging artificial intelligence (AI) tools for practical application for trade compliance programs and process. Provide training, mentoring and regular feedback to the team.
