CurrentCONSUMER OBSESSED- Obsess consumer first by figuring out how to create footwear and apparel that serves all players for everyone from my wife Teegan, who plays pickleball at work, to my friend Drew, who plays tennis multiple times a week at Portland Tennis Club and public courts as he works up to a 5.0 rating, to Jannik Sinner, who plays, well, you know, for work.ASSORTMENT STORYTELLING- Build assortment to storytell through our moment and athlete stories in color, graphics, and materials, end-to-end (from line planning to showing up on Nike.com), with our cross functional partners in Brand Management, Demand Planning, Product Development, and Geography Merchandising to maximize franchise health for all franchises across TENNIS, (AMERICAN) FOOTBALL, and BASEBALLDRIVING A NARRATIVE- Creatively build a product plan around our four SLAM moments (the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open), the All-Star Game and the Super Bowl, as well as Gear Up for high school and college sports, to excite and inspire the next generation of athletesTHE DAY TO DAY- Keep the lights on by managing visual and quantitative tools such as product journeys, seasonal flows, seasonal packs and collections, franchise management tools, and hindsighting informationTHE BOTTOM LINE- Take risks that only Nike can take!
