- Supervised all senior and line program staff providing direct and/or indirect service to program participants.- Coordinated logistics for all agency operations and activities including organization-wide annual budgeting managing approximately $2M total.- Evaluated and revised existing procedural manuals and developed new manuals as programming evolved resulting in increased program efficacy and staff satisfaction.- Developed and stewarded relationships with community partner organizations increasing the number of formal partnerships from 5 to 25.- Managed tracking of all participant data, including both general participant information and evaluative outcomes.- Prepared and submitted reports to various private, governmental and foundation funding entities including the largest single grant award in agency history at $1.2M.- Assisted in the development, writing and submission of grant proposals.
