Currently planning large residential, green development in Gloucester that features a 1.5 mW wind turbine, photovoltaic array, Low Impact Site Design, Energy Star homes on a 110 acre site.Conceived, designed and developed Greenwood Meadows affordable housing development which received Energy Star Development of the Year Award. Designed and developed a Transit Oriented Project known as Ballardvale Crossing; Worked with various solar, wind and power line companies on planning new solar and wind installations in New England on industrial buildings, on greenfield, landfill and brownfield locations. The Designer Selection Board (DSB) is an autonomous eleven member board that selects designers for hundreds of millions of dollars of public building construction projects annually throughout the Commonwealth. As Executive Director, I manage the staff, conduct public meetings, coordinate advertising process, and conduct an ongoing industry outreach to potential design teams.

Acted as agent for various communities Board's of Health checking other engineer's design workDeveloped significant experience in the permitting process and public presentations of developments in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.Participated as an executive in all staff and client management decisions for a firm of 75 people.
