Senior Brand Manager - Kleenex® Brand
Current- Accountable for business delivery goals for a ~$1B brand, including net sales, operating profit, gross margin, and market share.- Lead a team of nine direct reports and numerous cross-functional members in a matrixed organization.- Strategically manage an eight-figure budget for national advertising, retail media, and consumer promotions.- Direct brand-building initiatives, overseeing communications and messaging across Social, Display, OLV, CTV, Linear TV, Streaming Audio, OOH, and Influencer platforms.- Develop and execute vertically integrated commercial plans, including innovation, claims, media investment, retail support, revenue growth management, and commercial programming.- Oversee the S&OP/IBP process, ensuring demand, supply, and financial delivery.- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product innovation.- Create annual business plans with diverse growth strategies, including volume, mix, pricing, cost levers, and compelling customer-facing annual operating plans (AOP).
