As the lead for the International Operations Team, responsibilities include the management of support services for business teams who pursue and conduct international business for ICF. Providing guidance as well as assistance to operations personnel and assigned staff related to the business issues linked to international business opportunities; providing oversight and guidance for maintaining strong and compliant business practices worldwide; ensuring proposals and contracts are submitted and executed in accordance with Company policies and procedures, as well as Federal, host Country and other applicable jurisdictional regulations are followed; developing policies and procedures used to manage and monitor international programs, and the tracking and reporting of all ICF international activities.

Managed a comprehensive suite of construction and construction management/supervision contracts, valued at 7.3B LYD (US $6B). As the lead contracts administrator I provided effective leadership to a cross-functional and multi-national team to ensure successful delivery of operational results within 6 cities located in Western Libya. Interfaced daily with client resources by effectively communicating project status and contractual issues involving multiple disciplines including engineering, project management, and contract departments.

Developed and implemented strategic contracting solutions for a $128mil project with USAID in Egypt. Using strong independent abilities I was able to coordinate with field offices to manage 8 subcontractors with contract types varying from construction to international customs and tax services. Additionally I hired and deployed over 50 independent consultants. I also successfully developed and delivered a global workshop in Dubai entitled "Applying Change & Human Capital Management for Emerging Markets".

Provided subcontract, purchasing, expediting, and logistics services in support of the U.S. military forces in the region. Managed a subcontract staff of 13 responsible for the administration of over $160M in subcontracts and purchase orders in a remote and hostile environment. I provided oversight for 4,000 subcontracted workers performing services in support of critical operation missions and was responsible for coordination of activities with cross-functional organizations and departments to address/resolve supply management as well as contract issues. I assisted in development of joint Supply Chain action plans, continuously measuring progress and improvement. I was also promoted to manage an $18mil waste services subcontract.

Co-owner, Continuously managed two store locations while sourcing suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, placing purchase orders, expediting delivery of all goods and services, and ensuring that deliverables were coordinated between departments. Drove a successful first year of 2.2mil in sales in first year. I developed and maintained quality relationships with vendors and suppliers and analyzed vendor pricing for best products, and ensured cost efficiencies, while maintaining strict quality requirements. Overall I hired, trained, and managed more than 40 employees.
