CurrentThe competition is conducted once a year in three broad geographic regions of the globe: Asia, Europe, and the Americas. There is a separate panel of five judges for each of the three regions. Any advisor can enter as long as they are a member of a professional association, and practice with transparency. Advisors pick a comprehensive plan to be judged from their files that they have presented to a client. Client privacy is protected. From the initial entries judges use a published scoring rubric to select 2-5 finalists from each region. With another round of judging, which includes a 30-60 minute presentation of their work, a winner is selected from each region. Winners gain international recognition. It’s a real boost to an advisor’s practice. Each judge also offers helpful tips on any improvements that could be made.
