Chartered and developed a comprehensive AML compliance tool to revolutionize the KYA / KYC audit process and greatly enhance productivity. The tool reduced the audit reviews from up to 4-5 business days to less than 4 hours, while providing far greater capability and much more robust reporting with higher quality standards. The tool was rolled out to over 100 associates across the globe, making the process more than 10 times as efficient. Managing the project included defining compliance metrics to meet regulatory standards, advising FIU management, creating identity fraud indicators, and extensive VBA coding.
