Because of US tax and regulatory issues, I cannot be a manager or owner of TFPS WY LLC, which delivers fiduciary services to US and non-US clients. Thus, I serve as a Fiduciary Consultant, instead, in order that JV partners can benefit from my lengthy multi-jurisdiction trust and private foundation experience. I am also tasked with marketing the company's services to non-US clients and in non-US markets.

TFPS (Nevis) Ltd was incorporated to serves as a trustee, foundation council (or board member) or a corporate protector to fiduciary entities within Nevis and without. It has two Isle of Man resident trust professionals, as executive directors, and a Nevis lawyer as a non-exec director.

Protector Group (NZ) Limited is the second company in the Professional Protector Group franchise and it is a subsidiary of Protector Group Limited in Hong Kong.

I advise the Mundo Network on trusts and foundations and also deliver trust support services to NTL Trust, which is the founder of Mundo and also the oldest trustee company in Nevis. My duties include drafting and reviewing trust deeds and foundation charter documents, as well as advising on trust law and trust principles.

RSL was founded, in 1979, by my father, Brian Rogers OBE, as a small corporate services company. However, in 2011, it was converted into a passive investment company. RSL now handles all traditional investment activities for the OCSL Group. I was appointed as a non-executive director in 2007 and became the Managing Director (again) in 2009.

Cavehill Investments Limited (CIL) was formed to handle my personal investments but that function is now handled by RSL. So, CIL now specializes in alternative investments using retained investment consultants.

Global Legal Group (GLG) is a UAE based boutique legal and tax consultancy firm that dissolved in November 2018.

I completed a one year contract working for META Businessmen Services LLC, which is a company that delivered staff and support services to its sister company META Middle East Trust Advisory FZE, with the latter company acting as registered agent to various kinds of United Arab Emirates companies that were used by clients for wealth management purposes.

The Amicorp Group retained my services, as a Trust Consultant, after I resigned the post of Head of Trust Services for Amicorp.

In 2008 the Amicorp Group changed my title to Global Head of Trust Services in recognition of the fact that there were now trustee departments and/or trust personnel in New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Spain and USA, which were providing services to worldwide clients. And by the end of that year I would become a Division head, as Trust Services became one of Amicorp's 6 core business divisions.

I was responsible for coordinating trust activities within the Amicorp Group including standardising establishment and administration procedures, as well as product and business development. I also engaged in the establishment of AG's first dedicated trust office in New Zealand and served as a senior director of that office for a number of years. In addition I assisted with the establishment of a licensed trustee company in Singapore and was one of the company's directors from 2007 to 2011.

I coordinated the establishment and administration of trusts on behalf of Amicorp Group ("AG") offices, including providing setup advice and reviewing trust documents. I also was a "trouble shooter" for problem trusts and formed AG's first trust department, which provided trust advice, trust formation and trust administration services to AG offices.

I joined the company, as a temporary Managing Director, and remained as a director of the company even after I left the BVI, in January 2005, but eventually resigned in late 2011 prior to my departure from the Amicorp Group in early 2012. The company delivered incorporation and registered agent services to BVIBCs and also offered fund services.

This company was formed in 1998, by the Intertrust Group, and I was its original and sole MD, as I also assisted with the liquidation of the company, in 2004, after Meespierson merged with Intertrust, as the senior executives of the new MPI Group decided that they no longer wanted their own dedicated BVI office. Nevertheless the company had an unmatched reputation for service excellence with only 15 service complaints in those 5+ years of operations.

This company was formed as a sister company to Morning Star Holdings Limited (MSHL) to provide director, shareholder and trust services to MSHL clients, as MSHL only provided registered agent services to Nevis companies. I was its first MD and the company formed over 100 trusts before I left the company's employ.

MSHL was the largest trust company in Nevis and remains so to this day. And at the time of my appointment as General Manager it was providing registered agent services to 4,000 actively maintained Nevis business companies and LLCs. I was responsible for making major improvements to operating functions and in-house accountancy services. The number of companies under active administration had increased to more than 5,000 by the time I departed Nevis.

I joined the company in 1991, as General Manager, and eventually became a director. The company's main business was establishing and administering foreign sales corporations (FSCs) for large US exporters, including Fortune 500 companies. I also helped establish Trident Corporate Services (Barbados) Limited in 1994 and was its first director, retaining management responsibility for both companies until I relocated to Nevis in January 1997.

I joined the Trust Department of Touche Ross, as an inexperienced Trust Administrator, but was soon comfortably dealing with a portfolio of more than 100 trusts and their underlying companies. And after about 6 months I also commenced working with the Corporate Services Dept. reporting to two managers thereafter until I left to take up my first Caribbean posting. I also gained my AAT and ICSA qualifications during this period.

My first financial services career job was with RSL an Isle of Man company that was founded by my father in 1979 to provide support services to other companies with which he had business interests. I joined this small company in 1988, originally as Manager and later as Managing Director, a post that I resigned when I went to the Caribbean in 1991.
