 Prepare Service Contracts for Medical Equipments in coordination with concerned departments.  Monitor companies' performance as stipulated in Purchasing/Service Contract. Prepare Yearly KPI’s Performance report for vendor. Participate in planning, executing of projects such as implementing new CMMS (SAP) and Asset Take up project in all Medical Service Corp’s (MSC) Clinics in UAE.  Participate in creating/amending department’s policies and procedures.  Prepare the requirements to obtain JCIA Certificate and maintain JCIA's standards and procedures in the hospital activities.  Design and implement Medical Equipment Handling and maintenance processes and procedures that help protect medical staff and visitors from potentially hazardous work conditions in coordination with Quality and Health and Safety Department. Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future. Perform Health and Safety Internal Audit to departments to make sure they are following Hospital Health and Safety Policy and Procedures. Coordinate performing Corrective Maintenance for equipments under warranty and service contract in Zayed Military Hospital and all outside clinics under MSC. Supervise Spare Parts Store. Prepare Medical Equipment replacement plan. Follow up Medical Equipment Alerts/Recalls. Prepare reports and presentations as requested by senior management.
