I am a research student at Seagate Technology, undertaking an industrial research placement in Recording Head and Media Operations Development. My main focus is on NFT Design for HAMR 3.0, a novel technology for increasing the storage capacity of hard disk drives. I am pursuing my EngD degree in Photonics Integration & Advanced Data Storage a joint program between Queen's University Belfast and Glasgow University, where I apply my knowledge to the field of nanophotonics and nanoplasmonic Previously, I worked as a logistics assistant at South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust through agency, where I supported the delivery of medical equipment and supplies. I also tutored students in physics and mathematics at Tutor Doctor, where I helped them improve their academic performance and confidence. I have good skills in Python, data analysis, and problem-solving, as well as a passion for learning and innovation.
