We are able to provide hidden and unique talent because we are proactive and miles away from reactive hiring processes. At Spectrum, I was looking after the sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for client's open roles. I used various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract potential candidates.On a daily basis, I was reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and assessing candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience to determine if they are a good fit for the open positions. In these two years I learned how to attract the right candidates, how to evaluate them and how to become a bridge to between the customers and candidates.
