A multi-disciplinary creative design company for both web & print, based in Derby.

Providing creative design, brand communications, strategic marketing and web solutions, helping organisations reach out and engage with their audiences. My role was to build on the success of kdesign and develop current and new business through effective and innovative design. Designing from the ground up a strong portfolio of clients including Bakewells.

After being asked head up the design department at kdesign derby outgrew the parent business by 20% withing the first year. Within the role I was managing the studio on a day to day basis ensuring all aspects of work were dealt with efficiently and smoothly to ensure maximum profitability. After introducing website services as one of the disciplines we saw.

As Design Manager my role was to oversee the in-house design studio managing several members of staff, supplying design for print and design for web solutions to various section of the company. Re-vamping the perception of Derby Homes was my first task and working closely with external programmers to re-develop and significantly improve the current website.

Working as part of a large creative graphics team producing a vast range of POS on major retail and consumer brands including Ann Summers, Antalis, Avon, Boots, Kew Gardens, Kodak, Leukaemia Research, Rolls -Royce and WWF.
