Project management for various complex industrial projects in the Bay Areas.Responsibilities Include:- Review scopes and prepare/write contracts and purchase orders- Establish/Maintain effective working relationships with owners, construction managers, engineers- Prepare change orders for clients and manage change orders- Prepare payment application packages for owner approval- Buyout scopes- Assure construction meets established quality standards- Assist in the development of budget - Oversee aspects of project administration- Develop project specific health and safety program- Ensure on-site employees meeting qualifications/certification required to perform specific work activities - Monitor performance of subcontractors against subcontract terms- Onsite project management- Create and manage project schedule with team- Create work plans for self-performed work- Manage multiple scopes of work- Invoice Review- Identify and implement methods for achieving cost savings- Manage Submittal Review and Procurement Process- Create and coordinate RFIs and responses with all parties- Develop meeting agendas
