• Developing a recommendation for Sourcing’s strategy that outlines the department’s core tenants surrounding customer offer, pricing strategy, and how sales should present these factors to our customers through.

• Collaborated with Supplier Partnerships to change a specific supplier’s (Tennant) vendor notes to reflect Sourcing’s strategy. So far, Tennant’s GP$ has remained flat and their margins have increased ~500bps

• Led a team of six through an overhaul of team strategy while ensuring daily operations were not impacted
• Developed and executed a team strategy and vision focused on a rationalization of people, processes, and tools
• Drove an Automation, Consolidation, and Elimination project that transformed our approach to standard work, and, in five months, brought manual intervention on recurring reporting down from 40 to 20 hours per month
