Ensures that Memorial Health System strategy and key performance indicators are identified and leveraged for effective IT demand shaping.6. Partners with business unit or function leaders on pre-project ideation, leads with impactful innovation.7. Consults on projects, provides technical support and configuration guidance to department contacts.8. Partners with enterprise architects to develop technology enablement business capability roadmaps.9. Partners with business and IT leaders to evaluate proposals, build business cases, and plan new joint initiatives, and determine how they fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities.10. Proactively identifies business capability and IT service gaps and contribute to improvement efforts.11. Partners with business transformation or change management teams to ensure that the business unit or function has the capacity and capabilities to implement changes required by new technology solutions.12. Explores and enables Telemedicine and innovation throughout the Health System.

Manage medium to large complex technology based projects. Ensures the successful delivery of projects through project management processes and close collaboration with business partners, cross-functional, internal and external resources.Primary Responsibilities:• Adopts and utilizes the organization’s PMO methodologies, standards, policies, processes, and performance criteria for project, change, and risk management• Works with technology groups to enhance project management competency, facilitate resource planning activities, and develop project management templates• Responsible for the overall project plan, schedule, technical requirements and managing the overall the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget• Works with business partners to assess and develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives• Ensures the successful delivery of projects is aligned with operational goals and objectives supporting a high performing IT environmentRequired Skills • Excellent project leadership, organization, integration and execution of skills and abilities • Ability to conversant with broad scope of technology areas, including workstation, security, client server, data center operations, and network services• A proven track record delivering projects through disciplined project management processes and close collaboration with business partners, colleagues and vendor professional services• A broad based knowledge of information technology, IT operations, application and support processes
