I have a broad range of experience in several different IT areas, and I’ve been working with computers and technology since I was eight years old. After graduating with a computer engineering bachelors from University of Florida I went into the Air Force for four years, traveling all over the globe and living in Turkey. In college, I refined my programming skills. As an officer in the Air Force, I developed my leadership and management skills. I worked for the University of Central Florida for eight years in IT support while I studied for my master’s degree. I also worked for Avant Healthcare Professionals in Casselberry, FL managing their IT department. I was promoted to Directory of Solutions Delivery and managed the software development for Avant. I worked for Avant for eight years. I currently work at Universal Engineering Sciences, UES, as the Director of Application and Data Services. In this role I manage the company's development efforts plus support for our ERP system Deltek Vision. Specific Experience: Microsoft Office, Office 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange administration), Amazon Web Services (particularly S3), Okta, Jumpcloud, Mimecast, Dropbox, HubSpot, Windows Server, Windows SQL Server. I’ve written code in QuickBase, VBA, JavaScript, Rust, HTML, for various APIs, and PowerShell. I’m well versed in PC troubleshooting and repair with a focus on Windows 10 enterprise management, Microsoft domain management with traditional AD servers and Azure Active Directory, Adobe Dreamweaver both e-mail marketing and web page design, I've managed several WordPress websites, experience with Linux Servers and Bash shell programming, lots of experience managing Cisco switches, routers, and SonicWall firewalls, and finally I have managed both Cisco and Mitel office phone systems. In my role at UES I have picked up skills relating to Microsoft, MS, Server Management, MS Database, and MS reporting services as well as learning the ins and outs of the Deltek Vision ERP system.
