Member of the state wide CEO advisory committee.

Provide executive level leadership over all financial, accounting, treasury and cash management, employee benefits and insurance activities with an annual budget in excess of $25 million.Administration of governmental grants and contracts. Supervision of all external and internal reporting and presentation of financial activities at monthly Board of Directors meetings.Development and administration of cash management, capital spending and budgetary policies. Maintaining relationships with lending institutions and management of the corporate investment portfolio.Oversight of all information management functions including technical support and security of the corporate communications center.
