Processed approximately 816 million switched transactions and generated 15 million dollars in revenue to JP Morgan in 2003. Strategic, vendor and risk management, budget, billing, reporting, problem resolution and escalation of all matters relating to the 24 x 7 operations of the PULSE Switch, the JP Morgan-PULSE business relationship, the frame relay telecommunications conversion, the financial and telecommunications “EFT Switch” conversion effort to PULSE, including negotiating, drafting and closing telecommunication, software, equipment and hardware acquisition and leasing transactions, and all legal and regulatory compliance issues relating thereto. HR management responsibilities included team building, coaching, performance review, salary and bonus planning for six JP Morgan managers and twelve individual contributors.
