Responsible for daily activities of entire Strategy & Analytics department, including strategic planning alignment with Executive team and Board of Directors, leader of mergers & acquisitions (including target identification, valuation, deal negotiation, due diligence, and integration planning), advanced business analytics and statistical modelling, external market intelligence (macroeconomic & industry trends and competitive monitoring), and special project development and execution across a variety of topic areas (consumer & employee experience/insights, omnichannel enhancements, data strategy initiatives)

Managed both operations and financials of specialty chemical manufacturing facility, including purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, sales, customer service, and accounting. Negotiated new customer & supplier relationships as well as revised pricing and cost models. Led company through transition to new ownership.
