In charge of managing infrastructure, Linux server, NT and Windows Server 2003, web application and design, bar-coding system design and implementation, SQL server 2005 database design and implementation, Windows Mobile 6 design and implementation and backup solutions.I transferred all enterprise management solutions to SQL server, thus creating one integrated system inclusive of all desktop software and mobile/handheld data capture devices. This allowed workers in the field to create, view and update information whilst on the move. The use of document management, bar codes, signature capture and GPS has now become part of the everyday working model.

Starting with a blank canvas, I was responsible for all managerial aspects of running a 3rd party logistics (3PL) warehouse. My role majored on database and graphical user interface (GUI) design of the warehouse management system from scratch, as well as asset management and material handling. Some customer facing experience was gained as part of this role. During this period, the warehouse business grew from 1,500 pallet spaces to 15,000, whilst successfully securing a reputable client base of blue chip companies.
