BizThon is a Global Blockchain Hackathon with an underlying ideology - Walk as an Idea, Walk out as a business. It aims to target 30,000+ participants across various domains like Engineering, Marketing, Design, Management and developers.

1. Directly reporting to the CEO to evaluate and manage strategic investments in early-stage ventures. Responsible for complete engagement from deal origination to deal closure.2. Performing financial due diligence, industry analysis, competitor analysis, and market sizing of early-stage ventures. 3. Working with the CXO team of the portfolio companies to plan and implement product growth strategies. 4. Preparing pitch decks, investment memorandums, presentation for the stakeholders, and one to multiple pager company profiling.

Developed an understanding of various departments’ responsibilities in an investment advisory firm3. Worked with the research team to draft equity research reports which were also launched as a new product

Seasonal Buyouts Managed seasonal buyouts to capture the peak demand during seasons and generate profitable deals through negotiations.

1.Analysed peak and off peak power demand to maintain continuous power supply of 21 MW at minimum cost per unit2.Reduced the breakdown of critical machines by regrouping them under preventive and predictive maintenance3.Initiated an electrical safety drive program at plant level to avoid electrical injuries and accidents4. Led a team of 10 junior engineers to reduced the turn around time of electrical maintenance from 2 days to 8 hours using Just-in-time technique in conjunction with ABC analysis.
