•Promote BIM adoption and best practices in buildings projects•Manage the up-to-date implementation of supporting software for BIM•Engage users on BIM Application and discussions and training•Manage CPG BIM Wiki Sharepoint Content for in-house knowledge sharing •Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies•Refine Company BIM Template through projects.•Resolve BIM/CAD and Engineering application issues and provide consultancy to the all divisions units•Stay informed on best practices for use of Autodesk Revit and other BIM implementation matters•Explore ways to improve productivity for CPG staff through the use of Building Information Modeling/other software•Budget preparation for new/renewal of Autodesk/Bentley licences for corporate BIM implementation planning•Author and maintain the technical sections of the BIM Execution Plan and BIM Implementation for CPG•Attending BIM initiation meeting, Progress meeting, Coordination meeting and Technical discussion with client/consultant•Create models including interior and exterior architectural elements, structure and MEP systems. •Assist project team with construction coordination, sequencing and scheduling. •Receive and manage multiple consultants' and subcontractors' models. •Run and analyse clash detection on federated BIM model. •Author and prepare all the clash report•Manage and facilitate laser scanning of existing spaces. Incorporate facility management FM data into coordination process for operations and maintenance purposes. •Conduct Professional training to all staff in Archi, C&S, MEP division on Revit Archi, Structural, MEP and Navisworks
