As National Creative Director for Popeyes during its exciting growth years, I created concepts and copy for TV, even including production and editing of Spanish commercials. Also wrote and produced all radio. Created jingle lyrics for all commercial needs. Wrote, photographed, and edited People ‘n Popeyes magazine. Wrote all Print Ads, P.O.S., Brochures, Manuals, Fliers, Packaging, etc. for the entire system. Wrote & produced all videos for annual Convention presentations, speeches and Franchise Sales materials, as well as Training Videos for “The Popeyes Way” series for employees.
