Oversee the implementation of 6400 and 6100 regulations. Individuals who reside in these group homes have dual diagnosis of IDD and Mental Health.Assess clients and needs initially and ongoing. Collaborate with all staff (Clinical Director, Program Specialist, Direct Care, etc.) and outside care team members.Provide 24/7 behavior support to those under our services. This includes conducting FBAs, analyzing data, writing behavior support plans, develop strategies, training staff, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Provide supervision to Master-Level and licensed therapists in an outpatient setting. Oversee Intake Department including verification of clinical documentation, translation of insurance coverages, delegate program coverage needs across departments, and track department and individual productivity. Manage crises that occur within the building and collaborate with outside agencies for continuity of care for existing and potential new clients.

Licensed Professional Counselor in PA who facilitates therapy with children/adolescents and those with traumatic brain injuries/neurological disorders in a private practice setting. Various therapeutic modalities are used to best address symptoms the individual is experiencing.

Managing operational and clinical supervisory responsibilities of staff and clients with traumatic brain injuries. I co-led the program to receive it’s first 3-year CARF accreditation within 4 months of being employed.

Clinical Supervisor of the BHRS/wrap-around program. Aside from my continued responsibilities as a BSC/MT, I am also responsible for, but not limited, to the following: providing/leading TSS weekly supervision group, quality/completion of weekly staff documents and paperwork, coordinating TSS schedules with the needs/recommended hours for clients, assisting with any carryover from the Clinical Coordinator.

Mobile therapist and behavior specialist consultant for children and adolescents with behavior and emotional disorders, and spectrum diagnoses.As the Behavior Specialist Consultant, I complete FBAs, revise and implement treatment plan elements such as interventions, collect behavioral data, develop behavior management plans, create crisis plans, consult with families, and create "tools" to assist clients reaching their goals.As the MT, I work one-on-one with the client and also have family therapy. I work through emotional distresses and identify coping strategies.

I counsel adult clients with traumatic brain injuries who reside in the support living services residental programs. Focus is on: psychoeducation, TBI education, awareness building, stress and coping, grief counseling, guided imagery, addictions counseling, etc.In addition to indiviual sessions, I am responsible for session notes, monthly reports, communicating with team, and weekly supervision with psychologist.

I am the "go to" person for designated TBI clients at a SLS behavioral program (residential). My role as a LBIS covers many areas. I collect data (trackers, observation, previous reports) and summarize for monthly and quarterly reports. I facilitate de-escalation of behavior (verbal or physical) through trained CPI methods, attend weekly rounds, doctor appointments, and activities of daily living (ADLs). I work with the Behavior Analyst, Clinical Specialist, RCM, and other members of a client's team in efforts to provide the best level of rehabilitative care. I am certified as a Brain Injury Specialist through the Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists (ACBIS).

Providing individual therapy for TBI clients in an inpatient setting to assist in D&A abstinence, awareness, and other areas. Co-facilitating a group therapy involving TBI clients as a means of information regarding injuries and the effects they have in relation to the brain.

As the intern, I was responsible for completing intake assessments that included scoring Beck's Anxiety Inventory, Beck's Depression Inventory, suicidal assessment, and diagnosis.
