-Overall logistics operations, customer service and ordering-3rd party management and co-packing-Warehouse & Distribution management-Develop new DC model and explore potential logistic service provider from market-Set up KPIs for management purpose-Develop and grow short list of talents-Co-work with peer groups such as MKT and Sales-Develop long term plan as well as annual plan -Implement Order to Cash and Procurement to Production of SAP

-To lead a team of 7 which consist of QA Manager, Planning Manager and 5 staffs.-To cover BMS Taiwan and Pharmaceutical HK-Inventory control-Manage 3rd party-Manage customer service level with external logistic company-Import/export and custom declaration-Procurement of finished product, direct raw materials and packaging materials.-Valid S&OP in order for improving sales forecast-QAAchievement :1.To synergy 3 BU’s Supply Chain functions into one for BMS Taiwan then took over Supply Chain team of HK and Macao.2.Co-work with global/regional team for new logistic contract.3.Reinforce forecast for both Nutritional and Pharmacy business.4.Co-work with local Compliance manager and being certified local SOPs as Acceptance level.5.Co-work with BU for minimizing inventory write off.
