Resolve manufacturing issues by coordinating with internal and external teams to identify root causes. 5. Assist the repair team in identifying root causes and summarizing repair data. 6. Following a production line layout and line balance review, reorganize machines, manpower, and workstations to overcome bottlenecks and enhance UPH station by station.7. Develop spare parts plans and lists to minimize machine downtime and ensure effective spare parts replacement. 8. Ensure project schedules are met by collaborating with Sales, PM, Quality, RD, Manufacturing, and Export teams. 9. Participate in product and process development stages to facilitate manufacturing transfer to the Thailand plant.

Lead the plant's QA team leaders in supervising failure analysis activities, providing guidance on techniques and troubleshooting methods. 3. Implement CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), EIPQC system in IPQC audit, and quarterly QPA audit. 4. Use lessons learned to address issues in other projects and teams.

Resolve daily supply issues and drive suppliers’ performance improvements and process standardization.3. Negotiate with suppliers on MOQ, lead time and stock plan to drive favourable terms and cost-saving.4. Develop the capability and competency in Thailand local suppliers.5. Creating database and supply chain analytics to make performance and trends for strategic planning.

Electronics engineering of DC Fan for design, develops, modifies, evaluates electrical assemblies and determines design approaches and parameters, circuit design, PCB layout check, component derating, product testing & field-failure analysis.2. Receive the early RFQ from customers, then specify DC Fan samples' spec details for customers to recheck.3. Design the product samples for customers to test after they agree with the sample specs.4. Work closely with mechanical engineers and software engineers for design engineering samples.5. After samples are approved by customers, we need to prepare production-spec, BOM, and DFx for the factory to do the pilot run, sometimes we also need to join the DVT in the factory.6. Familiar with factory SMT and FATP manufacturing processes.
