Hey 👋🏽My career journey has taken me from dreaming of journalism to the sharp reality of retail banking to corporate venture capital and then early-stage startup operations. Now, I'm deeply involved in First Nations philanthropy and my environmental studies. In my current role as a Portfolio Manager at a Private Philanthropic Trust in Melbourne on a spend-down path, I'm part of a small team committed to the economic empowerment and self-determination of Indigenous Australians.I am fascinated by the intersection of social impact and innovation. My work has spanned various social impact ventures, from carbon trading to addressing elder financial abuse during COVID-19 to decolonisation. My approach remains hands-on, grounded in a deep curiosity about how we can better serve communities and the planet and reflects the deep belief that Indigenous value systems will save us.
