This application facilitates the resale of products by creating orders, shipments, and invoices in SAP.Later, revitalized the above application utilizing ASP.NET and the SAP WCF LOB Adapter, enabling the application to handle over 60,000 SAP transactions per day.Made several enhancements to a real time customer tank monitoring application which helps to prevent customer run out situations.Created and modified numerous asp database applications and enhanced several BizTalk 2000 applications.Led development on the world's first BizTalk 2004 implementation, a Microsoft Joint Development Program which implemented an SAP buy-side electronic document exchange with two value-added networks (VANS). As a member of the Customer Service/Commercial Support Team, supported and enhanced many applications, such as customer service and contract administration. These client/server applications were written in Visual Basic using a Sybase DBMS. One was a web-based application using middle tier business objects residing in MTS and written in Visual Basic.Accomplishments:Assumed the Technical Leadership role for the design and implementation of the Price Increase Evaluator(PIE) application. PIE is an ASP web application communicating with Visual Basic MTS components utilizing a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database. Intricate DTS packages were created for data loading and transferring.Significantly contributed to the integration of the Air Products Electronic Chemicals Business Area with the customer service application.Automated the credit card processing capabilities of the customer service application to reduce outstanding account receivables.Developed the most complicated portion of the product sourcing application, including the stored procedures. This application dramatically reduces the number of customer run-outs.Assisted in the divestiture of the North American Packaged Gases business.Created a user customizable interface to allow the business area to capture various information for customer accounts. This functionality was very beneficial for the divestiture of the Packaged Gases business and the identification of electronics customers for the SAP release.Corrected multiple serious problems with the contract administration pricing management process which eliminated constant job failures.Converted the contract administration application Impromptu reports to MS Access.Played an instrumental role in moving 2 web based applications from the Windows NT4 server environment into a Windows 2000 server environment.Greatly reduced the daily support activities by automating manual processes with Perl scripts.

Designed and built a three-tiered, web-based school administration system using business objects written in Visual Basic and utilizing an Informix database and Microsoft Message Queue. The system was also based on Microsoft's Component Object Model. ASP pages were written to interact with the business objects.

Started as an intern and was asked to work full time during the last two years of college. Built an interface between a case tool and HTML, permitting RDBMS data definitions to be published on the Intranet. Converted character based programs to function in a graphical mode. Wrote Perl conversion scripts. Migrated programs from Unix to Windows NT. Designed and developed programs to implement new features and allow more effective support in an RDBMS 4GL, multi-platform environment. Responded to customer and internal problem reports by resolving program failures.
