Obtained new internal tracking and tracing equipment to enhance flow of communication during deliveries. • Developed and established an innovative claims / RGA process, saving upwards of $18,000 for clients in a mere 70 days. De-cluttered returned items that had been shelved or neglected for 3+ months and put in place new processes / racking system to proactively handle and store damaged equipment. • Introduced simple warehouse checklists to monitor equipment repairs and damages (e.g. forklifts and day-to-day tools), ultimately mitigating risk of serious damages, lost time incidents and associated costs. • Committed to providing same-day pricing by utilizing technology to quickly identify transit, equipment availability and pricing options that best meet customer transportation needs.

Established new controls and processes within this full-service, third party logistics (3PL) provider while ensuring optimal level of service at all times. Harmonized and merged diverse Operations / Accounting teams to reduce turn time on days to invoice by 60%. • Identified, managed and controlled accounting practices within Saia TL Plus to reduce invoicing to carrier as well as days to collect payables by 43%. • Led implementation of an Expedite Department within Saia TL Plus through leveraging logistical knowledge developed while at Robart Transportation (RT); transitioned existing client / carrier base from RT while adding significant market share through new and improved service offerings. • Integrated a Customer Service team within Dispatch Operations to proactively manage interior/exterior customer inquiries and concerns. • Leveraged volume LTL movements to catapult revenue and profit margins; provided solutions to customer issues concerning high cost of large volume LTL by coordinating / marrying freight routes using sequential loading patterns when applicable.
