I believe, if you change your conversations, you'll change your results. This belief drives me to equip leaders to improve their conversations, develop the capacity of the people around them, and achieve organizational results. I founded and lead two global organizations: Active Results LLC, a consultancy focused on business, nonprofit and government organizations; and Creative Results Management, a coaching training school for leaders of faith-based organizations. Back in 2004, I designed The COACH Model® and later several ICF-approved programs and have trained leaders in more than 30 countries. I've written 7 books, including "The COACH Model for Christian Leaders," "Coaching in Ministry," and co-authored "Coaching In Asia."For 20 years, I lived and worked in Japan, Indonesia, and Singapore. Now, I live near Seattle. My expertise in cross-cultural leadership development led to to a doctorate in transformational leadership at Northwest Graduate School. I received a Master of Arts from Fuller School of Intercultural Studies and graduated from the University of Washington having studied Eastern Religions and Japanese history and culture.I received the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am past President of the ICF Washington State chapter.Specialties: Leadership development, executive coaching, leadership development systems, coaching training, field-based learning, reproducible systems, transformational leadership, and cross-cultural strategy consulting.
