CurrentAs an Executive Director on the Employee Experience Team I am responsible for developing, supporting and driving programs that will support every employee at TEKsystems from the moment they first engage in our interview process up until they decide to retire from TEKsystems and become TEK alumni. The Employee Experience Team is responsible for supporting our People Strategy which includes; employee engagement, talent development, performance optimization, diversity & inclusion, career management, talent acquisition, employee relations, CSR, and people innovation programs. My role is to develop and lead many of these areas but also to support and collaborate with my partners that also lead on the Employee Experience Team. In my role I'll work with our Senior Executives, corporate and field leadership, external organizations and all of our employees to support our goal of helping everyone reach their full potential through career success.
