Graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University's Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs. Currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration and a certificate in nonprofit management. Passionate about a wide range of policy issues, including criminal justice, social equity, educational policy, and housing policy. Research interests focus mainly on the interaction of street level bureaucracy and administrative burden, institutionalism within the judicial system, and philosophical justifications for punishment.--My goal is to work for a nonprofit organization or government entity, hopefully on the state or local level, in a position that combines policy analysis, development, and implementation, and programs management. My strengths are enthusiasm and creativity, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a busy environment or with a deadline.--I graduated cumma laude from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a concentration in Politics and Government and a minor in Philosophy of Law.
