With a focus on quality and reliability, my team and I evolved the product to be market leading quality video conferencing platform, with high quality video and audio, and rock-solid reliability. Built out the product management team for the AnyMeeting portfolio, including hiring several product and project managers. Created the engineering organization to allow this product to flourish within Intermedia's global footprint.
